The organisation is built so unusual ideas can be explored, important problems can be researched, builders can experiment, and ambitious work can earn its way into reality - with trust, support, and responsibility treated as part of the product.
India is the starting context: linguistic complexity, MSMEs, public systems, trust, and access. The ambition is technology that can matter anywhere it is useful.
