Many small businesses already run sophisticated systems-just not in software. WhatsApp threads, notebooks, and trusted accountants form an informal operating system.
The question is not how to force SaaS adoption. It is which moments of friction are painful enough, frequent enough, and trustworthy enough to deserve a new tool.
We are especially interested in voice intake, document capture, receivables follow-up, and compliance reminders that respect low-margin realities.
