Bhasha Layer represents our working thesis that Indic interaction deserves dedicated infrastructure, evaluation, adapters, and UX patterns - rather than prompt-only localisation.

Early work focuses on defining evaluation scenarios and identifying one vertical where language failure is expensive.

- Dialect and code-mixing are normal, not noise
- Domain vocabulary is part of language quality
- Uncertainty should be visible to users
- Human escalation paths are required in high-stakes contexts
